January Glossybox

Hi lovelies,

So it's that time of the month again where my little box of lovelies is sent out. It's Glossybox time, and this month the box has been vamped up for Valentines Day.

So for Valentines Day the usual baby pink box has been transformed to a hot pink box, I was really excited to open this months box to see what's inside.

I love the sticker as well that accompanied this box, how they've changed the usual and replaced it with a little heart sticker.

So when I opened this months box I wasn't 100% sure about the contents I think mainly because last months box was so great it was hard to surpass that.

A couple of the items however I was really excited to try out.

Eyeko Skinny Liner in Powder Pink

I've never tried an Eyeko product and since they've revamped their image I'm really excited about this product. Pink is not really a colour I'd go for when it comes to eyeliner but I can see this being great for natural looks and to highlight the inside corner of my eye.

I love the handle of this eyeliner, the concept of this is for when you've sharpened your pencil as usually you don't have much to hold onto so the silver handle is designed to give you better handling when applying.

FAB - Gentle Body Wash

This seems an interesting product to use, as this cleanses the skin and I think this can be used on the face as it combats dry skin. I think before I can say too much about this product I will have to try it out properly to find its uses, but it is something I can see myself using a lot of because of lately my skins been really sensitive and found myself with a giant rash on my neck - not good!

Davines Moisturising Balm

When I first saw this product I was instantly excited to try this out, I adore the packaging of this product. I didn't realise when looking at it that it was a multipurpose balm I instantly thought it was just a hand cream, however I love that it's multipurpose. This can not only be used on the face/body it can also be used as a hair mask. WOW.

I've found this can also be helpful to remove makeup when used with a cotton bud, I was expecting this to be a lovely smell but it's nothing special.

Davines Cleansing Nectar

This is the second Davine and multipurpose product to be featured in this months box, this can be used on both the body and hair. Now as a shower gel I see this product being great however I'm not sure about using it on my hair as it's an oil product and I have greasy hair so I'm not sure how it would affect that. This contains natural products so it will be interesting to use.

The smell reminds me of olive oil but it's quite nice in a way.

Murad Skin Perfecting Primer

This is probably the product I was most excited to try out, I had heard through the grapevine that this was going to be featured in the box. I adore primers, I'm currently using MeMeMe's so this will be interesting to see how it fares out to my usual.

This is oil free which I love in a product as I do tend to have the odd shiny day, and it has a slight tint to it so somedays if you were after a light look you could easily use this as a tinted moisturiser.

Eep, how cute is this sweet, and it tasted yummy.

Anyways that was this months featured products, I don't think it's the best box in the world as I probably won't use half of the products however the ones I do plan on using I reckon I will love.

What do you think of this months box?
