Enchanted Wonderstruck 30ml by Taylor Swift £19.00
So last year I did a little review on Taylor Swift's first fragrance Wonderstruck, and I knew there were rumours of this fragrance being released so couldn't wait to get my hands on it. So I don't know why it took me so long to get my hands on it, however glad that I finally did. Named after one of my favourite Taylor Swift's songs 'Enchanted' I couldn't wait to try it out.
Enchanted Wonderstruck is the next chapter of Taylor Swift's best selling range, and this scent describes the feeling of being completely enamoured enchanted, when you know a little more about that someone and still feel that strong connection.
As always the packaging is just gorgeous, I really wish I had got the bigger size purely because of the adorable charms that are included but I can always get a new one when this runs out. Everything from the patterned lid to holographic glittered bottle is just cute. Once again if you get a bottle with the charms on, all of them have been chosen by Taylor herself reflecting her style.
Just like Wonderstruck, this perfume scent is very floral orientated with blends of wild berries and sugar-glazed petals, the scent itself is very lightweight which means it's perfect for everyday occasions without being too overpowering. Lasting power wise, that is something that really shocked me with this perfume, as Wonderstruck did not have the best. Today I applied at 12 with only a couple of spritz and I can still smell subtle hints of the perfume on my wrists which is nice and expected of an Eau de Parfum. I know with celebrity perfumes they sometimes get a stigma of not being very good so it's impressive to see a fragrance last so long.
In comparison to Wonderstruck however I do find that Enchanted Wonderstruck is kinda like the sexy older sister with a muskier smell when compared, so ideally this makes a great day to night perfume, I think that this may be to combat the younger smell that Wonderstruck had.
Price wise is very similarly priced to Wonderstruck, and will not break the bank. I got the smallest 30ml bottle which retailed at £19 so really not that expensive for an everyday fragrance. Depending on size the prices will range from £18 - £38.
Overall I think that this fragrance is better than the original with better staying power and a gorgeous older scent and still gives the impression of a fairytale and perfect for those who are after something a little lighter and fresh.
Have you tried this before? What are your thoughts?
