With January upon us, we are all eager beavers in the hunt for the best sales and discounts and I know myself from experience, to keep up with all the sales can be hard. So the lovely folk over at SearchTheSales got in touch to let me know about their new website, SearchTheSales brings together sale items from all the top online designer retailers. This is done to help make shopping easier, allowing you to easily search the site instead of trawling through various different websites to find either the best deals or favourite pieces.
As products are constantly being reduced and put on sale, the website is updated daily to help you nab those great fashion bargains. SearchTheSales actually do all the hard work for by, by scouring online sites to find the best deals and pop them on to the website.
The site itself is very easy to navigate round, the homepage enables you to search for an item by brand name or garment. Alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the page to view all of the designer brands on the site, and then shop from there. The shopping page is very similar to that of online stores allowing you to select garment, price range, colour and most importantly percentage discount. Instead of searching by size the item descriptions actually include the sizes in stock making sure you don't waste time by clicking through to the site to only find that they don't have your size in stock.
Being someone that is a fan of designer labels I love the idea about this site, as I do like to be frugal and there is always a feeling of accomplishment if I've managed to bag designers goods for a fraction of the retail price. I am quite hooked with checking the Vivienne Westwood and Michael Kors sections of the site in the hope of nabbing some great deals.
It's easy enough to buy from also, you simply click on the item you want to look at and then on the buy now button. This will take you to the retailers site and then away you go, you can get the item you were looking at.
You can sign up for personalised brand updates if you are an eager beaver, this means that when the brand have items go on sale you will be notified straight away. I love this little idea as it means you'll be one of the first to know, allowing you to catch those bargains before they sell out - sods law that always happens to me. Collaborative
I'm looking forward to when their brand pages are updated with articles from the blog, something I can imagine I will spend a while having a flick through.
Overall the site is really easy to use, allowing you to browse and filter enabling you to find the perfect item. I love the idea of the site, it makes it easier than going from Harvey Nichols to Selfridges ect, it means you can go to the one site and find everything you need with ease. What's even better you don't have to wait for specific times of the year such as Christmas for the bargains, the website helps you to find discounts off designer fashions all year round.
I'd love to know what you think of the site!
