I don't know about you but I often mind myself struggling getting to sleep at night, which can often result in tossing and turning, thinking about little things or even just staring at my ceiling for 20 minutes. So I must admit every now and then I could always do with a helping hand to help me relax my overactive mind and have the perfect night's sleep.
Neom Intensive Deep Sleep Treatment is described as an intense pulse point therapy designed to calm the mind for a soothing night's sleek, combining 19 sleep-inducing essential oils, lavender, sweet basil and jasmine to relax the mind and prepare the body for sleep. I roll this treatment along any pulse points including my wrists and behind the ears and I find that this just helps to lift away any stresses from the day.
The scent is absolutely gorgeous and once applied the treatment lasts on the skin for around three hours. I like to apply some the treatment across my pyjamas to extend the therapeutic aroma and I just find that this helps create a blissful sleep experience without the need to count sheep. At night I sometimes mind myself tossing and turning and usually experiencing a crappy nights sleep, but I find that this helps stop me waking up several times during the night and generally experiencing a better, calmer nights sleep.
Neom Perfect Night's Sleep Pillow Mist is described as a powerful sleep-inducing mist designed to calm the mind for a soothing night's sleep, combining 19 sleep-inducing essential oils, lavender, sweet basil and jasmine to relax the mind and prepare the body for sleep. I have never tried a pillow mist before so wasn't too sure what to expect, but I can say I was pleasantly surprised. I tend to spray this onto my pillows around half an hour before bed allowing the scent to fill my room and once I'm ready for bed this really does help to relax my senses after a busy day.
At first I was a little worried that I had sprayed too much, but I find that this scent is rather lightweight leaving your room smelling beautiful without leaving you gagging for fresh air. Instead this really does help calm the senses and allow me to fall to sleep a lot quicker than it usually would, and resulting in a generally calmer nights sleep.
At £8 each these may seem a little pricey considering the bottles are so small, but you can actually get up to 100 applications from both the treatment and spray which I think makes both of these total bargains.
I'd love to know if you have tried any sleep treatments for a good night's sleep?
